I have a BS in Psych and a BS in nursing. So far my experience has been in various types of nursing (hospital, couseling, case management, office, etc..). I am beginning to think I need a career change as I haven’t felt adequately challenged and/or satisfied with anything I’ve done to date. Believe it or not- the best job I ever had was the one I had before I went to college- at a local bookstore. Crappy pay and benefits yet the best job I had.
I am considering a career change and other than healthcare have no idea what the hot new business trends are. The only thing I won’t consider is IT. I am a single mom who gets no support of any kind- I need a good paying job. Please direct me to resources for looking at the current job trends/salaries.
